I am interested in measles dynamics in developing countries. Specifically, I am investigating the pattern of outbreaks in West African nations where vaccination is patchy and birth rates are extremely high. By understanding how demography and regional seasonality influence the transmission of measles, we can better explain, predict, and control outbreaks in this region.
